Capital H Group was co-founded in 2003 by Dan Weinfurter and Greg Silich. Later in the same year, Dan and Greg were joined by a third partner, Keith Swenson. Together, they have built one of the top 15% fastest growing private companies in the United States.
In September 2003, Capital H Group received a $26 million capital commitment from PPM America Capital Partners. In June, 2006, FTVentures committed an additional $25 million in capital to fund further organic expansion and our acquisition strategy. In late 2007, Capital H Group acquired the Centre for High Performance Development, a UK-based leadership development consultancy with a worldwide reputation.
In Summer, 2008, Greg assumed the role of CEO as Dan stepped up to the post of Chairman of the Board. Keith continues to serve as Managing Partner and Group Executive.
