Greg Silich

Greg was named Chief Executive Officer of the Group in 2008 as Dan Weinfurter stepped up to the post of Chairman of the Board. Together, they founded Capital H Group in 2003.
As CEO, Greg oversees the firm's worldwide operations. He formerly served as Chief Operating Officer, responsible for International operations and capital raising efforts. In addition, he led the firm's acquisition initiatives to broaden service offerings and market reach.
His 25 year career in the business services industry is distinguished by a demonstrated track record of operational and financial performance improvement and value creation. Prior to his co-founding of Capital H Group, he served as the global Chief Financial Officer of Leo Burnett Worldwide, Inc. , following US and International finance management positions during his 14-year career with this worldwide advertising agency.
Greg earned his BS at De Paul University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Keith Swenson
Group Level Executive and Managing Partner

A recognized thought leader in human capital consulting, Keith joined Capital H Group as a partner in 2003 and now serves as Group Level Executive and Managing Partner.
He works closely with C-level executives to help client companies achieve their business objectives through talent, leadership, and organizational strategies and plays a key role in the firm's development of service offerings and intellectual property.
Keith has more than 20 years of consulting and management experience with worldwide consultancies and accounting firms, including Mercer and Deloitte. His has directed numerous large scale human capital strategy projects for mega corporations with locations worldwide.
Keith earned a BA from the University of Minnesota and an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
Tony Cockerill, PhD

Tony Cockerill was named Group Level Executive in 2008, subsequent to the firm's acquisition of the London-based leadership development consultancy he co-founded in 1996. Both Tony and the Centre for High Performance Development -- CHPD -- are leading experts in leadership, team and organization development.
He leads the ongoing research program for CHPD which includes the identification of high potential leaders and the development of high performing cross-cultural teams . He guides the design of CHPD's proprietary tools, models and methodologies that client companies use to assess and develop high performing leaders, teams and organizations. His consulting work crosses various industries including communications, financial services, healthcare, government and transportation.
A sought after speaker, Tony earned his PhD at the London School of Business and holds MSc and BA degrees.
Chris Parry

Chris Parry was elevated to Group Level Executive in 2008 and serves as Chairman and CEO of the Centre for High Performance Development -- CHPD -- the consultancy she co-founded in 1996. CHPD was acquired by Capital H Group in 2007.
In addition to her oversight of CHPD operations, Chris consults widely across industry sectors. Her areas of expertise include talent management programs, executive coaching, strategy facilitation, women in leadership and diversity.
Prior to establishing CHPD, Chris was a senior executive within a major global financial services organization, leading the company's management development function.
She earned a first class honors degree and is a fellow of the Royal Society of Arts (RSA).
Derek Bengtson
VP of Finance
Derek has extensive experience across key areas within the finance function, including corporate finance, financial reporting, operational finance, budgeting and financial analysis. Prior to joining Capital H Group, he was the key finance manager that built the finance function for Star Link U.S.A., a start-up company within the Starcom Worldwide Group. Derek has a BS in Accounting from the University of Illinois and is a certified public accountant.
John Hancock
Managing Director, Recruiting Practice
John has nearly 20 years of international experience in recruitment process outsourcing, risk analysis and strategy with a specialty in process efficiency and candidate sourcing. He has worked across a wide variety of industries for companies based in the US, UK, Asia and Australia. Most recently, John was the Vice President of Talent Solutions at Hudson America. He has a BA from the University of West London.
Elizabeth Secor

Liz has a demonstrated track record of improving operations, establishing new practices and methodologies, and assisting corporations to achieve better business results through the enhancement and alignment of their talent, processes and systems. Her 22 years of experience spans consulting engagements for large and medium-sized corporations in multiple industries including services, manufacturing, healthcare, automotive, retail and utilities. Her background includes various senior management positions in professional services firms including Parson Consulting, TechTeam Global, Compuware Corporation and Digital Equipment Corporation. She received her BA from the University of Michigan and is a Six Sigma Black Belt.
